Pricing

Buy it once. Use it forever. No subscription — a subscription would sit strangely on software whose whole point is that nothing about it depends on anyone's server.

Free up to 10,000 files

ArchiveMind is free to use, with every feature, until a catalog holds 10,000 files. Everything already cataloged keeps working forever; past the limit it simply stops adding new files until a license is imported. There is no trial clock and no nagging — a small meter in the License section is the only reminder.

ArchiveMind — Personal License

US $49, one-time purchase. Removes the 10,000-file limit on every catalog, on your own computers.

  • One license covers your own computers — macOS (Apple silicon and Intel) and Windows.
  • Every feature included: full-text search, unplugged-drive search, duplicates, visual search, and People — all running entirely on your own computer.
  • Every 1.x update is free — every release so far has been, and every one will be — and so is the move to the next major version.
  • Delivered as a signed license file by email. The license is verified on your own computer — activation never contacts a server, because there isn't one.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

How buying works

Checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, who charge your card and handle sales tax. Within 24 hours a person (not a robot) emails you a signed .amlicense file; drop it into the License section and the limit is gone. The license is verified on your own computer — nothing is activated online, because there is no server to activate against.
