Refund Policy

Simple on purpose: if ArchiveMind isn't right for you, you get your money back.

Right now: the beta is free

ArchiveMind is currently a free private beta. Nothing is for sale yet, so there is nothing to refund. This policy describes how refunds will work when purchasing opens.

When purchasing opens: 30 days, no interrogation

Buy ArchiveMind, use it for real, and if within 30 days of purchase you decide it isn't for you, ask for a refund and you'll receive one in full. You don't need to justify the request, though if you tell us what fell short we'll listen — it's how the product gets better.

Refunds are issued through the payment provider you purchased from (the merchant of record), back to your original payment method. Processing times are theirs; typically a few business days.

What happens to the license

A refunded license is no longer valid to use — the honor system cuts both ways. Your catalogue and your files are of course yours regardless; uninstalling ArchiveMind never touches them.
